Johan Tell is a versatile artist who writes his own songs, sings and plays several instruments. His songs are mainly in the rock genre. Johan has a powerful and unique voice that stands out and has been noticed and appreciated by listeners both inside and outside the music industry. He’s passionate about writing rock music and ballads with melodies and lyrics that can touch and have a deeper plot.
Johan`s background includes a lot of music. He grew up with a father who both played in a band and had a great interest in music which caught on early. Johan started singing, playing guitar, piano, drums and harmonica as a little boy and started a duo with a friend which led to gigs both in Sweden and abroad. He has also been a member of rock bands, with gigs mainly in southern Sweden, before he decided to pursue a solo career. Johan is mainly influenced by American singer-songwriters and classic rock.
