Homselvareg, italian black metal spawns recently released their latest album, the third, titled ‘Catastrofe’,
a raging blend of old school black metal and devastating backlashes of new school aggression!
Produced at Alpha & Omega studio by Alex Azzali and featuring a brand new line-up
(Gerion from Tumulus Anmatus, Johnny Phaser and Nioin) along with founding members Bazzy Mogan and Plague,
Homselvareg will definitely set their name back on the map after a few years of hiatus.
Born in 2004 under the name of “Underworld”, later changed into Homselvareg the name refers to a legendary
creature: Homo Salvadego. A partially human mythological character, predator child of Nature.
And from Nature, with whom he lives in perfect harmony, the wildling Homo Salvadego draws all its strength.
The cryptic name of the band, taken from an obscure legend spread throughout the mountain region of the Alps,
refer to the absolute antagonism to the human race and civilization of which Homselvareg have become standard bearers.
Over the years, Homselvareg shared the stage with the likes of Kult, Death Dies, Tumulus Anmatus, Frangar
and many others amongst the Italian Black Metal scene as well as international metal such as Shining, Huldrefolk and more..
