Today sees the release of the metal cover of Dschinghis Khan by Canadian Folk Metal band Mongol in English, and as a tribute to the original, also a German version. The track was first heard in the 1979 Eurovision contest performed by a band with the same name. The English version of this track will appear on Mongol’s forthcoming album, The Return, whilst this will be the only release for the super cool German version.
