Cessation is a track that resembles the finishing of the album from the very start. It is a sign of what’s to come both lyrically and musically. In the song, the daughter can no longer endure the events unfolding around her, and happening to her. She holds herself accountable for it. After this three and a half minutes of this hard-hitting track, Carnac go on to explore those said events.
Cessation is the opening track from the forthcoming album Times Undone. May 26th has been set as the release date for the digital online version. A physical release will come at a later date. We’ll have more information about the album very soon!
